The apartments comprise of a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed (charge may apply for its use as an extra sleeping bed), LCD TV, DVD player, sound system, wireless internet connection, 24 hours reception, marble luxury bathroom and much more. Please note that although a lift is available in the property, it is in usable for some of the apartments only.

Situated in the Bayswater area and just 2 minutes from Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express, Chilworth Court apartments are ideal for a comfortable and lively stay in one of London′s most exclusive areas.

The Apartments:

• Studio: decorated in a contemporary style, studios offer kitchenette, pull down double bed and LCD TV.
• 1 bedroom apartment: Decorated in a contemporary style, one-bedroom apartments offer one double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
• 2 bedroom apartment: Decorated in a contemporary style, the two-bedroom apartmnets offer two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
• 3 bedroom apartment: Decorated in a contemporary style, the three-bedroom apartments offer three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Sofabeds are available in some apartments (extra charge may apply for its use as an additional bed). LCD TV in the living room only.

Please note standard apartment types are located on the lower ground floor.

Any cancellation before the deadline will incur £25 + 5% credit card handling fee.

Security Deposit:
Please note that on arrival the property requires a security / damages deposit. This is made by credit card authorisation transaction and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made. An authorisation transaction is NOT DEBITED from the card holders account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.
