The apartments are located in a Georgian Townhouse style building, located in a quiet cul-de-sac which is less than ten minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras train station and Euston Station.

Each apartment has been recently re decorated and has three bedrooms (two twin bedrooms and one single bedroom), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living and dining area.
There are also private laundry facilities Wireless Internet Access Charges in each apartment.

This property has different prices for different length of stays from 3 nights onwards. Prices advertised are based on a 7-night stay. Please contact us for further information.

Important Deposit Information:
Please be aware credit card details will be forwarded to these apartments for pre-authorisation. A £300 damage deposit is required which will be returned within 14 days after departure assuming there are no charges, unless the conditions relating to reservations and payment are not respected, keys are lost or unreasonable damage caused.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
