Apartelle Britannia Description:
This newly renovated building provides similar amenities and decor to a hotel, but without many hotel overheads, resulting in cheaper accommodation at more affordable prices. The building comprises of 18 studio apartments, available for holiday rentals and short lets. With a selection of studio types, the largest studio (Large Duplex) in this building holds up to 5 people.

Please note these apartments have a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights or more.

Family Duplex:
Apart from studio's, this property also offers two types of Family Duplex:
- 1 double sofa bed in the first floor of the studio and 2 double mattresses in the mezzanine
- 1 double sofa bed in the first floor of the studio and a double mattress + a single mattress in the mezzanine

Please note: a mezzanine is a sleeping area with a low ceiling. The bedding in this area is a mattress only, with no base.

Please note: all budget apartments have shared bathrooms.

Luggage Storage:
Whereas check-in starts at 2:00pm you are welcome to drop off your luggage at reception as early as 10:00am on the day you arrive.

Luggage storage is free of charge before check-in. Please note there are no facilities to store luggage after check-out. If you need to leave your luggage at reception on the check out day, a fee of £2 per luggage will be charged. Please check with the front office as it is available on a first-come first-serve basis.

Late Arrival:
Please note that the reception is open from 09:00-23:00. If you need a late check-in, which means after 23:00, please advise the property of time of arrival (charges apply). For any late check-in booked in advance the fee is £20.00 and non arranged late check in will be charged £25.00, charged on arrival by cash.

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES INFORMATION

• Internet access: wireless internet available free of charge in all apartments.


• Cleaning frequency: weekly cleaning with towel and bed linen change (included in all rates).


• Laundry facility: available at nearby building also managed by this property (3 minutes away; £2.00 per user of washers and £1.00 per 20 minute use of dryers).


• Air conditioning: not available.


• Leisure facility: not available.


• Parking: onsite parking (£20.00 per day).


• Extra bed: not available.

Important: Please be aware, if you are paying directly to the property, they have an additional surcharge of 3.5% for all credit/debit card transactions.

All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.

All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.

All cancellations must be made at least 15 working days prior to arrival. Cancellations will incur a £50 fee by the property (This can be used as credit towards any future booking made by the same client within six months of the cancellation, dependent on availability) as well as our £25 admin + 5% credit card handling fee's

Any cancellation made within 15 working days is non-refundable.
