From the boulevard périphérique take the ‘Quai D’Ivry’ exit, and follow the Seine along ‘Quai Panhard et Levassor’ towards Bibliothèque-Francois Mitterrand. At the end of the quayside, take the rue neuve Tolbiac on the left and go up Rue de Tolbiac.

By R.E.R. (suburban train service)
Line C: take any train going towards Pontoise – Argenteuil – Versailles Rive Gauche – St Quentin en Yvelines / Massy Palaiseau – Dourdan – St Martin D’Etampes – Versailles Chantiers. Exit at Bibliotheque-Francois Mitterrand station.

Line 14 (Meteor): take any train going towards Bibliotheque-Francois Mitterrand to Bibliotheque-Francois Mitterrand. You can also take this line to Gare de Lyon, where is a connection to line A of the R.E.R. which offers access to stations at Gare de Lyon, Nation, Châtelet-les-Halles, Auber/Opéra, and Charles-de-Gaulle Etoile, and line D which offers access to Châtelet-les-Halles, Gare du Nord and the Stade de France.

The cancellation and amendment deadline is for 3 working days (monday to friday) prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time. This cancellation policy will also be stated on the confirmation.

• All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.

• Any reservation cancelled more than 3 working days prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.
  Any reservation amended (amendments include modifying the arrival date and adding or reducing the number of apartments or nights) more than 3 working days prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a GBP 25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued or added to any extra charge made the same day of the amendment and a confirmation of the amendment will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5 percent (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge. Please note that although the length of stay can be extended, there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, then the applicable tariff for that shorter duration will come into force.

• Please note that a change of rate for a shortened or lengthened stay will be applied retrospectively: the new rate will be effective from the original date of arrival.

• Any reservation made or arriving within 3 working days prior to arrival will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All reservations made and not used (non-arrival / double bookings) without the reservations being amended or cancelled prior to arrival will also incur a full charge.

• Clients are responsible for contacting Apartments-Bookings.Com directly for any amendment or cancellation and as advised above any change or cancellation will only be actioned when a request in writing is received. Any amendment or cancellation made directly with the property will not be considered valid. Any request to cancel or amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid as originally made so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial written request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekend.

LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
For a cancellation notified at any time after mid-day (12:00) 3 working days (monday to friday) prior to the arrival date or for a 'no show', Apartments-Bookings.Com will retain an amount as follows:

• for stays of under 7 nights, the value of one night's stay;

• for stays of between 7 nights to 27 nights, the value of three nights' stay; and

• for stays of more than 28 nights, the value of seven nights' stay.

The above amount will be deducted from the refund issued. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.

MODIFICATION TO A RESERVATION, OR TO THE DURATION OF STAY, AFTER ARRIVAL
After arrival any modification to the length of stay will be subject to a £25 (GBP) processing fee if the length of stay is being reduced.

If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, the applicable tariff for that shorter duration will come into force and both the new rate and processing fee will be taken into account before any refund is made. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.

If the duration of the reserved stay is to be extended (subject to availability of course), there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate.
